While all other departments' online entries closed on August 21, you may still be able to enter items in them. Check out the 2025 Receiving Schedule.  Most departments allow walk-in entries on their receiving days.  Livestock and Poultry Departments do not accept walk-in entries.  Use the the paper entry forms found in the Official Entry Guides and bring in your entries!  

 

 

Every exhibitor is considered new this year and must register here.  Once you have registered, you may return to the system as often as you like using the Sign In button in the upper right corner and the registration name and password that you set up.   Please note that the system will time you out after 20 minutes of inactivity.  Make sure to review and save your cart if you leave your device before checking out.

 

A valid email address is required to receive confirmation of your fair entries. 

 

Junior or youth exhibitors are asked to supply birthdate on registration page. Adults need not enter this information. 

 

 

Entry fees (if required) may be paid by credit card through the online system. Please note that you will be asked to pay for your entire cart at check out. If you choose to pay by credit card, you can only use one card -- we are not able to split payments across multiple cards. Entry fees paid by credit card will be assessed a 3% processing fee. If you do not pay by credit card during check out, you have several options: You may pay in person by check, cash or credit card in the Fair Office.
